OLGA! I look like I have a “blue hat” gut in all these pictures
not nice. not nice at all.
2 rounds + 8 pullups RX- most pullups done C2B (chest to bar) and if I missed the target on the wall-ball shot – I did not count the rep and re-did it.
2 rounds + 10 pullups RX. I had no target on wall but reached proper distance on all reps. Delicious workout!
Mary, hold you back straight! That would fix a blue hat syndrome!
