Hey guys, I just want to drop a line to my Crossfit people that I haven’t disappeared. I got burned last week on my left hand, but I’ll be back in one-handed action soon. I’m almost healed. Crossfit is scalable for one-handed people, right?
Absolutely, Tom. One-handed or no hands at all, we can modify the workouts to keep you improving your overall work capacity. It’s also been reported that continuing to work on just your healthy side speeds up recovery of the other, injured side.
Tom, I hope it’s healing well. Surely, we can scale the WODs! See you very soon!
