Skill/Strength: Press 3-3-3-3-3
WOD: With a continuously running clock do one rings pull-up the first minute, two rings pull-ups the second minute, three rings pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed. Pull the rings to your chest.

A great thanks to Olga and Vadim for the wonderful ski trip to Windham. It was a fun filled and adventurous day. King of the ski hill (or Queen) goes to Linda. She was just toying with the mountain. And we all must ask Mike about the 2nd floor! BTW yesterday was my birthday!
Thank you Olga & Vadim for the fun day yesterday, and thank you to Al and his cursed van for providing transportation. I should’ve told that screaming “veteran’s gf” that she was ruining Al’s b-day as well.
Yeah I was kinda hoping Linda would leap through the air from her seated position all “crouching tiger, hidden dragon like” and pistol leg that girl in the jaw, let out a loud grunt and whisper in her ear “CrossFit”….lol
Yes, lots of thanks for organizing a fun ski day you guys. I think we’re all looking forward to the next one but the shenanigans will not be easily topped so we will have to get creative. Linda may have to pick that fight, ha ha, jk.
