All I want for Christmas is to be able to do double-unders.
it’s all in the wrists and beleive it or not flat sneakers or no sneakers. Oh and a little rythm doesn’t hurt.
I think Al is implying that he is going to take us all salsa dancing, so we develop our sense of rhythm
I bet Al has the moves!
I guess I need salsa lessons before I can master double-unders. But I did one tonight, woo-hoo!
