Before I know what “Single-leg contralateral RDLs” mean, I’m not doing it!
Linda got double-unders for Christmas!
Congrats on the D-U Linda!
Please someone let me know, b4 6pm, what a “single-leg contralateral RDL” is. I need to do my mental preparation.
new shoulder press PR yesterday! its all the barely paleo italian food suckas!
Don’t worry guys, a “single leg contralateral RDL” isn’t that bad. You’ll have buns of steel once your done.
Al, you would know that if you woke up for the 6:30 class…
Sofia is getting strong at Crossfit Uthaca while on vacation! She’ll be back in January and backsquat Vadim
I think RDL is a Romanian Deadlift. Contralateral means opposite arm and leg. I have no idea what/who are we lifting though!
Ouch! I get it from Mike, JP, Olga and now Linda. Whatever happened to “respecting your elders”? I did wake up for the 6:30am class I just didn’t make it
BTW i already have buns of steel!!!!
linda, way to own that pull-up! soon enough you’ll be doing pull-ups on Al’s arms…that is if they’re steel enough to withstand your abuse!
