I’m traveling and no time to stop at a local crossfit, so I did a travel wod from the link on the left. Randomly pointed my mouse and got… Handstand 10 seconds jack-knife to vertical jump. 25 reps… for time. Very happy – didn’t even have to pack sneakers!
The gym at the hotel is a joke, so I did it right at my hotel room. 4:36 with a stop watch on my blackberry. Awesome. Will go practice laps in the pool later! I was going to swim a mile for time, but the pool at the hotel is rather small.
