This is awesome! I’m all over this after the challenge (although mostly Paleo). I guarantee closure! Anyone else interested?

Carlos, thats amazing! after seeing you in action at brunch last saturday, i’m sure you could be part of the clean plate club if you went right after a WOD!!!
I’ve eaten there before many times. Good BBQ!.. 32oz of meat will be a REAL challenge. I’m not sure I can pull it off now even if I wanted…
..and also a cupcake and 32oz soda.. i haven’t had cupcakes and soda in over 2 years
I’ll ask to scale up and sub the 32oz soda and cupcake for another 1/2 lb of meat!!
Tunes are great! Mike, put them on the playlist!
Regarding food… Everyone knows I’d suck at that BBQ challenge
I eat like a turtle
olga, playlist doesn’t have those songs listed which is why i added the links…
carlos, how long are you going to fast before going to eat the meal?
Mike, I downloaded those to my iTunes, so we’ll use them in the WODs soon..
No fasting needed. In fact, I could probably complete that BBQ challenge right now after the Steak I just had. I’m staaarrvvviinnnggg!!!
just have an apple and some more nuts, that’s what i’m having right now
.. or better yet just go to bed
your body needs 6-9 hrs of sleep per day (continuous/uninterrupted sleep is better, so even though naps are good at times, they are not as good as a good night of sleep
awesome vadim!
carlos is a living breathing walking paleo garbage compactor. those waiters should be cautioned to stand at least 10 feet away when you start chomping down for fear of losing an extremity to your ferocious appetite.
Had an apple, almond butter, still hungry, too bad, bed time, ZzzzzZzzzz….
have you see this? – http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8itGqnl2Nys
Peter was at our box at the gymnastics cert a few months ago. I can get you in touch. He may give you some pointers on how to tackle that steak
holy moly, carlos, that looks kind of dangerous, i hope your stomach is up for it! don’t psyche yourself out, you still have 3 weeks to practice =)
I would’ve closed on all 50 of those meatballs…
People already starting to take on the challenge!

btw, that is one tough marine from that wsj article, he certainly could have eaten all those meatballs. Dan Maurer from the challenge looks like John Candy in that small photo…
