i could not find 73% chocolate nibs so i used 60% but for the next batch i will use 100% and less agave

Thanks! I tried a different recipe from the same website but it wasn’t as good as your cookies from last night, should have known I was using the wrong recipe…I was wondering why it didn’t list the grapeseed oil, I think that is the difference.
Where does Carob chips fall in the paleo world???
yes, the other recipe used butter, i believe. carob chips appear to be a derivative of cacao. as long as they don’t have sugar, they would be “paleo”. technically, even dark chocolate is not paleo since it is manufactured…
Carob is not derived from cacao, it is from the carob tree…paleo friendly
