Food for Thought: It’s a Super Bowl Sunday!… Do I dare to bring the alcohol topic? I will just say, try to limit your alcohol intake to a bare minimum, folks. It’s not good for you in any quantities, no matter what research you show me. Freddy Camacho from CrossFit One World has a pretty good summary on the topic.
