Congrats to Andrew on his first Muscle-Up! Need to post the new goals!

Delicious WOD today
Carlos, you had started referring to WODs like you refer to food!
Delicious… Ha-ha.
Congrats to Andrew! We need to post new goals or update/adjust the old ones on the board! Check it out in class.
New goal: 10 dead-hang pullups. I’m at 2 right now, pre warm-up.
Method: I’m adding jumping pull-ups, with negatives on the way down, throughout my warmup. Psychologically, I think it helps to ditch the band and the box.
Old goal: 30 double-unders. 41 is my current max. It’s funny, my average is about half that. Getting 15-20 is common, but it still takes a special run to break 30. I watched Al pass 80 or 90 the other day. I’d love to hear what’s average vs what’s max for someone at that level.
Nice job on the DU’s. I’m impressed when anyone breaks 40. On avg, on my first warm up, I can usually hit 45-55. Until yesterday I was stuck on max of 55-59. Couldn’t break 60. It became more mental than physical. So yesterday was a first for me to break 60 and I finished with 87. I’m curious to know what my avg will be moving forward. I’ll let you know. Keep up the great work Tom!
nice job dude
i’ve been averaging 1 one legged double under, 2 is my max
haha
Tom,
Did 76 yesterday and my avg went up as well. Again, a lot is mental, but I feel I can do 50-60 pretty much any time I want to now. 100 is the next goal.
