Wow, sometimes you need to step back and look at some old photos to appreciate the power of CrossFit.

Al, looking Diesel now bro! Hope your hamstring/arm feeling better!

    Impressive, Al.

  • Stephanie

Seriously? Al it doesn’t even look like you…another body done right by Crossfit! Nicely done.

  • Craig

    Amazing Al! Definitely motivating.

Good article too. They should do a modern day study. I’d volunteer. Especially if they provided the meat.

  • Hey fellow CFer’s!!! Thanks a million for all the wonderful comments. No doubt I’m an advocate for CF and the teachings and guidance of Vadim. Will be back in the box next Monday so I better see some PR’s from all of you and lots of grimacing pain. A little over 2 weeks until Sectionals so, C & D, kick it up a notch.
Working on the elbow and glute/hammy and hope the week of rest will help. Take care everyone and thanks again!!!! :-)

    Yea, Al! Looking great!

I got a swollen knee, myself :( . Took yesterday off of running, but will probably be in tonight. Just need to ease up on it a bit, I think.
