WOD: "Fifty-something"
for time, do one straight ladder up,
51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59 reps of:
- Swing, 35/25#
- Box Jump, 20" box
- Toes to bar
- Jumping Lunges
- Floor to Overhead Anyhow, 35/25#
- Sit-ups
- Push-ups
- Air Squat
- Shoulder to Overhead Anyhow, 35/25#

Run 400m twice or 800m once anywhere you want inside this WOD.

You can choose your own order of the movements.

So for example, your version of this WOD could start with 400m run, then Push-ups x 51 reps, then Box Jumps x 52 reps, then - Sit-ups x 53 reps, etc..., finish with 400m
