Split Squat x 8 reps each leg @ 30X1, rest 30 sec
60 sec in the Handstand, rest 30 sec
60 sec Hang on the bar, rest 30 sec
B. 3 rounds for time of:
Run 550m
KB Swing, 16/12kg, 15 reps
Burpees, 15 reps
