WOD: A. Clean & Jerk: build up to a comfortable max

B. Death by TTB & Pull-ups
Do one repetition of a Toes to Bar followed by a Pull-up combo in the first minute, 2 reps of the combo in the second minute (TTB,Pull-up, TTB,Pull-up), 3 reps of a combo in the 3rd minute (TTB,Pull-up, TTB,Pull-up, TTB,Pull-up), etc. Keep going until you cannot perform the prescribed number of combo-reps in a minute. Record the number of minutes completed.

Thanksgiving Schedule: Wednesday - business as usual
Thursday - only one class at 8:30am - Thanksgiving Trot to see the MACY's parade.
Friday - BRING A FRIEND DAY! Two classes only - at 11am and 12pm. Bring your friends and family members to introduce them to our training!
Saturday - business resumes the normal schedule.
