WOD: "Fight Gone Bad"
Move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. 3 rounds. The stations are:
1. Wall-ball (Reps)
2. Sumo deadlift high pull (Reps)
3. Box Jump (Reps)
4. Push-press (Reps)
5. Row (Calories)
The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of "rotate," the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
President's day schedule: We are open on President's Day with the slightly modified schedule. There will be classes at: 7am, 12pm, 5:30pm (Beginner) and 6:30pm.
Plans for the move: Many of you offered help with the move, and we definitely appreciate it a lot! The days we most likely will need the most help are Thu - Sun. Thu - Fri we will be laying down the floor and installing the pull-up rig and Saturday - Sunday we are going to be moving over. If you have some time during those days to help out, please let me know and I will keep you posted on the specific schedule via email. There will be no classes next weekend, aside from the grand workout of moving the box over to the new space :-). The current plan is to begin the classes on Monday, February 27 at the new location.
