3 Power Snatches, 135#/95#
5 Handstand Push-ups
7 Box Jumps, 24"/20"

 

Announcement: Most of us would benefit greatly from some work on our running technique. We have decided to invite NYC Endurance coaches to run a 3-hour Workshop and a 3-week Running Basics program at our box at the end of next month. In the Workshop the running technique will be discussed. We will watch some videos of bad and good runners, work on drills, run a few intervals, then do a workout to include running. In a 3-week Running Basics program, over the course of 6 classes a video analysis review of running technique before and after will be performed. If there are any imbalances identified, the corrective strength training will be suggested (i.e. weak mid-line, imbalance between anterior and posterior, imbalance between left and right side (over compensation), as well as power/speed capability). The 6 classes would also work on positioning, falling, pulling, cadence, varying terrain, up hill and down hill running. More information and the registration link is coming up shortly.
