Barbell Club: Ahoy mates, I hope this post finds you well. It's simple is purpose, yet great. Over the course of 6 weeks I got to watch a few men, some small, some large, some skinny, some not, lift weights, and often. As I stood there (or usually sat, in front of the fan) and watched his group lift barbells, it occurred to me that work needed to be done. Form needed correcting, and egos needed crushing. But alas, we were having fun, and most importantly, getting strong.

You can ask these folks yourself should you muster up the courage. I encourage you to. Ask them how much they've improved, how much they increased their lifts by, about the tweaks and their new understanding of technique. Ask them if it was worth it.

A new cycle of the Barbell Club begins next week. Ladies, Gentlemen, I strongly ask that you consider this program. If you want to get strong, lift heavy, improve your technique, and most importantly, become badass, enroll today. If this post did not motivate you enough, perhaps a t-shirt that says Barbell Club on it will. Yea, that's right, a special t-shirt. I'll see you on the other side.

Registration for the Whole Life Challenge starts tomorrow!!! Remember, your Friends and Family can participate as well! Get them on board! You'll be playing with 10,000-20,000 people from affiliates around the world! The Whole Life Challenge is an 8-week health and fitness game that will have you take a 10,000 foot, birds-eye view of your whole life inside of your commitment to your health and well-being. You will take on your nutrition, your workouts, your daily habits, and maybe most importantly, your personal beliefs about what's possible for you. The game is played online AND in your life. You will be measured at the beginning of the challenge in a prelims event (September 15) where you will do a baseline workout and complete some basic body measurements. Everyday you will follow the specific rules and guidelines of the challenge and every day you will log online and give yourself a score for how you did the day before. This isn't about getting a perfect score every day, it's about having a score each day to know how effective you are. Increasing your effectiveness over the course of the challenge is where it's at! After 8-weeks you will repeat the measurements again to see how you improved and who won! Registration opens tomorrow, August 15th at wholelifechallenge.com
