Do you have friends who gave birth recently? Or perhaps it's been a few years, but they haven't been able to take care of their own health? Ask them if they can run up the stairs by the side of the longest escalator in New York subway, beat their friend who is riding the escalator at the same time and not even run out of breath? Here is the answer! Bring them over to join Olga for a “Mom Camp”, our new 12 week program of exercise and nutrition that will change their life forever!
They’ll train here at CrossFit Long Island City every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10am until 11am, lifting weights, moving fast, and doing the things they’ve never thought they could do - pull-ups, handstands, rope climbs and kettlebell juggling among others. The workout will be different every day. They will also spend time with Olga after classes to get their nutrition in check to support their health and new identity as a total badass!
We are excited to offer the first Mom Camp starting September 17th through December 7th (36 total sessions) at the introductory rate of $175 per month if you sign up before Monday, September 10th.
