WOD: begin with 800m Run
then 6 rounds of:
Clean & Jerks, 135#/95#, 5 reps
Burpees, 5 reps
Up and Over Box Jumps, 5 reps, 20"
Notes: C&J weight should be the weight you can do 5 reps with unbroken, at least the first set. Up and Over Box Jumps don't require full hip extension at the top.
