A. Clean & Jerk, build up to a heavy single in 20 min

Five rounds for time of:
155 pound Deadlift, 12 reps
155 pound Hang power clean, 9 reps
155 pound Push jerk, 6 reps

 

Schedule Updates: today's classes: 6am, 7am, 12pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm and 7:30pm. Powerlifting and OLY classes will start next week along with Gymnastics and Yoga.
