Pull-ups
With an Olympic bar holding only one plate (45/25#), touch the plate on one side of the barrier then the other for one "rep". Barrier is 24".

    When is this class will be held again. Is it true that when we workout, our body will require much more nutrients to absorb? I’ve also read at http://products.mercola.com/zinc-supplements/ that we must also protect our immune system when doing an exercise because we are loosing a lot of energy and nutrients so it might also weaken our defense in a long term?
