Therefore, 3k added to 17k of 100k
20k so far……..only 80 to go! F***!…..
Then 6 min of Burpee Box Jumps

Peter! Good job! Stay at it. 80K is nothing. All you have to do is chip away at it, 10m, 100m, 1000m at a time! I’m going to do the same. I got 2750m yesterday within a workout. Have to tally up my total as of today.
