Schedule change: Gymnastics class this week is moving to Tuesday 6:30pm. Sorry for the late notice.

 

Every min for 10 rounds:
A. Front squat 75-80% 2-3 reps
+
3 rounds for time:
20 wall balls 20#/14#
25 pull ups

    SOOOOOO MANY PROPS TO EMMA FOR GOING BEAST MODE ALL OVER THE PULLUPS TODAY!

    I did okay too.

    7:3? on the workout. the 50 pullups yesterday didn’t help. lol.

    2k in 8’30″ plus 2 rounds of 500meters, thus 3k….
    Therefore, so far 23k of 100…

    Wourkout:
    Front Squat #155 to 175 x 20

    WOD
    Pathetic….. I am still unable to do a pull-up without the big MFer bands…
    So I scaled those……and the wall balls…….well…..
