12 sit-ups
8 box jump step-downs
300m row
+
Every 4 min for 5 rounds:
A1. db walking lunges; 12-16 steps
A2. amrap strict pull-ups

    Only time for 1k row

    Felt like a doofus with box jumps, pull-ups, dumb bell walking lunges….
    But all in all, was able to keep pace without having to stop and heave every 5 minutes…..slightly better coordination on Lunges……
