Every 3 min for 5 rounds:
A. Back squat @20X1; 4-6 reps
3 rounds for time:
50 double unders
30m Farmer's Walk heavy
10 handstand push-ups

    So modified workouts from the basement in Vermont with my mom: we had 1 KB, 30ft long basement and a jump rope

    1: 3 RFT
    50 DU/50 singles
    90ft farmer carry (kb switch arm every 30ft)
    10 HR PU
    ** Took us about 4 mins

    2: 5 min amrap – one person plank one on kbs and switch based on the person doing kbs
    15 kbs
    Plan holds (center/right/left)

    3: 5 min amrap one person on sit-ups one on squat hold switch based on sit-ups
    10 sit ups
    Squat hold with kb on shoulder (alternating)

    Basement wods! Wooh!!!

    1k row pre workout…..

    Back squats 20×1 5 rounds of 4 at 200llbs to 210lbs

    Took me forever to do 50 DU’s
    Second set did singles, 3×1, therefore 150 singles
    Farmer walks wiith 35lb plates, or 70lb DB’s

    As usual felt strongish in Backsqats and doofusy in WOD
    But good sweaty workout…
