Queens West Sportsfield Workout

We are hosting workout sessions powered by CrossFit at the Queens West Sportsfield.

We will be jumping, sprinting, muscling through push-ups, pull-ups, squats, sit-ups, dips. And most importantly, we are going to have lots of fun!

What to expect: a quick warmup, followed by a skill review/practice, followed by a short, intensive workout (generally no longer than 20min), and some stretching.

Where: Queens West Sportsfield (47th Ave & 5th St)

What to wear/bring with you: comfortable workout clothes, bottle of water; optional: towel, some extra clothes to keep you warm on the way back home
