Part of the CrossFit prescription (from the “World-Class Fitness in 100 Words” by Coach Glassman) is: “Regularly learn and play new sports.” If you’ve never tried snowboarding before, give it a go. It’s a load of FUN! Vadim will spend some time on the bunny slopes with those who wish to try snowboarding.
