This program is a pre-requisite to begin training with us. This is a six-session intensive program that covers the fundamentals of CrossFit, the basic movements, proper technique, scaling and nutrition. You’ll practice perfect form on the movements that make up our workouts, learn how to scale those movements appropriately to your level, and start ramping up your fitness with a CrossFit workout at the end of each class.
Missed classes MUST be made up privately at an additional cost of $50 per session.
Upon completion you get two weeks of Unlimited training in our regular classes.
