Beginners Group Classes
If you have never done CrossFit or have a limited CrossFit experience you are welcome to join our Beginners or All Levels classes. In these classes coaches spend extra time on basic technique and workouts are individually scaled down. We have Beginners and All Levels classes at 6am, 7am, 12pm, 5:30pm and 8:30pm during the week, 11am on Saturdays and 10am on Sundays. Once you believe you can effectively scale and safely perform most common CrossFit movements, you can transition to our intermediate-advanced classes at the discretion of a coach - ask us in class. (All our monthly Group CrossFit memberships auto-renew monthly until changed or cancelled. We require two-weeks email notice for cancellations.)
We also offer 25% discount for active fire, police, EMT and military, 10% discount for families of two or more, and 10% discount for active full time students under 25 years old. If you would like to apply one of these discounts you can purchase your membership in person at the gym.
Test-Out into our Intermediate/Advanced Classes
If you are an experienced CrossFitter from other gym and would like to attend our intermediate/advanced classes, this is your chance to test out. Be prepared to perform some basic gymnastics, powerlifting and olympic weightlifting movements as well as answer some questions on nutrition and the theory behind CrossFit. This is a 15-minute complimentary session. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule your test-out session.
Private Training & Consulting is a great option when you need to learn specific skills, or prefer close attention in addressing your unique athletic, health and fitness goals. We will perform a physical assessment of your current strength and conditioning level and program the training geared towards reaching your goals.
