Step 2 – Free Introductory Session
New to CrossFit? Come join us for a free introductory class on Saturday at 11am. The training session takes about one hour and consists of a warm-up, skills required for the exercises to be performed, workout and stretches. Please sign up using our Online Scheduler.
Step 3 – Foundations Program
This is a twice a week, 4 week long program that covers the fundamentals of CrossFit, the basic movements, proper technique, scaling and nutrition. This program will be required for those new to CrossFit, who would like to join our Group Training. Missed classes must be made up via 30-min private session (at $30.) The cost is $200. Class size is limited.

Step 4 – Group Training Sessions
The sessions are intense, challenging, and fun. Classes start promptly at their scheduled time and include Dynamic Warm-Up, Skills, WOD (Workout Of the Day) and Stretch.

Private Training
1-on-1 Private Training is great for rehabilitation from a recent injury or surgery, learning specific skills, or for clients that simply prefer 1-on-1 attention and training. Private CrossFit sessions with a CrossFit certified trainer are available by appointment. Cost for a single session is $75. Ten sessions – $700.
