CrossFit Foundations

 

Private Introductory Session is a complimentary private session, by appointment only. It lasts about 30-60min. In this session you will learn more about our program and methodology, while we will learn more about your current fitness level, previous training experience, goals and expectations. You will also do a short workout, so please bring non-restrictive clothes, bottle of water and the right attitude. At the end of this session we will go over the ways to start training with us.

Test-Out. If you are a seasoned CrossFitter or an athlete with the background in some other sport and you believe that you can jump straight into our group classes, this session is your chance to test out. Be prepared to perform a number of tests on basic gymnastics, powerlifting and olympic weightlifting movements as well as answer some questions on nutrition and the theory behind CrossFit (hint: the three articles above would help.)

 

Private Training & Consulting

Private Coaching is a great option when you need to learn specific skills, or prefer close attention in addressing your unique athletic, health and fitness goals. We will perform a physical assessment of your current strength and conditioning level and program the training geared towards reaching your goals.
