Free introductory session

If you’re unsure whether CrossFit LIC is for you, consider scheduling a free introductory session with one of our coaches. Email info@crossfitlic.com to schedule your free introduction to our program!

 

Foundations program

If you like what you hear and see, the next step would be either our Group or Private Foundations program. Our Group Foundations is one month long, with the first six classes covering the fundamentals of CrossFit, the essential movements, proper technique, scaling and nutrition. You’ll practice perfect form, learn how to scale movements appropriately to your own level, and start ramping up your fitness with a CrossFit workout at the end of each class.

 

In the second two weeks you will join the regular classes to get the feel for what our group training and our community is like.

 

We require all of our members to complete at the very least the first six classes of our Group Foundations program, so that they can safely, effectively, and confidently head into our regular classes. If you miss ANY of these first six classes, they MUST be made up privately as a one-on-one with a coach at an additional cost of $50 per 30-minute skill session.

If your schedule does not fit any upcoming Group Foundations, or you would prefer one-on-one attention for ease of learning, Private Foundations with one of our coaches might be the best solution for you. Private Foundations consist of 6 sessions. You must finish all 6 classes within one month. The cost is $450 for 1-on-1, or $300 each for a semi-private with your friend. Buy your Private Foundations here, and contact us to schedule the best time that would work for you and your coach.

 

Test-Out

If you have done CrossFit before elsewhere and believe that you can jump straight into our group classes, this session is your chance to test out. Be prepared to perform a number of tests on basic gymnastics, powerlifting and olympic weightlifting movements as well as answer some questions on nutrition and the theory behind CrossFit. This is a 15-minute complementary session. Email us at info@crossfitlic.com to schedule your test-out session.

 

CrossFit Group Classes

Crossfit Group classes are challenging, fun, and will definitely give you the best workout of your life. Once you have completed either private or group Foundations, you can purchase one of our memberships and start coming to any of our regular CrossFit Group Classes.
All our monthly Group CrossFit memberships auto-renew monthly until changed or cancelled. We require two-weeks email notice for cancellations.

• Monthly Membership discount for Active Fire, Police, EMT and Military – 25%
• Discount for families of 2 or more – 10% each membership
• Discount for active full time students under 25 years old - 10%
