Step 2 – Introductory Session
You might be someone who haven’t done a workout or any sport activity in years, or you might be a seasoned CrossFitter with sub-4min “Fran”, sub-5min “Roaming Diane”, more than bodyweight Snatch, sub-6min mile and sub-20min 5K… Without exceptions, everyone who wants to train with us must start with an intro session.
These are complimentary private sessions, by appointment only.
- You will get to know more about our approach and actually do a CrossFit workout
- We will learn more about your current fitness level, experience, goals and expectations
- After the session you can choose one of the membership options with access to our group training

Private Training & Consulting
Private Training is a great option when you need to learn specific skills, or simply prefer closer attention in addressing your unique health and fitness goals. Private sessions are available by appointment. Cost is $125 per one-hour session or $1,000 for 10 sessions (must be used within 2 months.)

Traveling CrossFitter
Drop in fees – $20 per session or $50 per week. Affiliate owners train for free. Please call or email to let us know when you want to come. No walk-ins allowed.
