Step 2 – Free Introductory Session

Try one of our Free Saturday classes. No experience is necessary. All levels are welcome! The training session takes about one hour and consists of a warm-up, skills required for the exercises to be performed, workout and stretches. To sign up for a free class go here.

Step 3 – Ready to start training with us?

Those new to CrossFit, who would like to join our Group Training, are required to go through the Foundations training first. In this program we will cover the fundamentals of CrossFit, the basic movements, proper technique, scaling and nutrition. The Foundations Program is offered in the variety of formats:

  • Small Group Foundations class. Limited to 6 athletes per class. 8 classes. Twice a week. 4 weeks. Missed classes must be made up via 30-min private session (at $30.) To check the schedule of our upcoming Small Group Foundation Programs and reserve your spot click here.
    Cost: $200 per athlete
  • 3-athletes Foundations class. 6 classes. Flexible schedule. Must be finished within 4 weeks. Call or email to schedule.
    Cost: $240 per athlete
  • 2-athletes Foundations class. 6 classes. Flexible schedule. Must be finished within 3 weeks. Call or email to schedule.
    Cost: $300 per athlete
  • 1-athlete Foundations class. 6 classes. Flexible schedule. Must be finished within 3 weeks. Call or email to schedule.
    Cost: $450 per athlete

Have been doing CrossFit for a while or took the Foundations equivalent elsewhere? Can snatch your neighbor, clean and jerk a truck, do pirouettes on p-bars for a warm-up and your 2k row is under 7min? You are very confident in yourself and comfortable with the program?! Great! We need to feel the same about you. Call or email us to schedule your “test out” session.

Step 4 – Group Training Classes

The sessions are intense, challenging, and fun. Classes start promptly at their scheduled time and include Dynamic Warm-Up, Skills, WOD (Workout Of the Day) and Stretch.

The monthly fees depend on the frequency of training and whether you choose an agreement option (requires commitment for a number of months) or not. The fees range from $125 to $200/month. To purchase membership for Group Sessions go here

Private Training
1-on-1 Private Training is great for rehabilitation from a recent injury or surgery, learning specific skills, or for clients that simply prefer 1-on-1 attention and training. Private CrossFit sessions with a CrossFit certified trainer are available by appointment. Cost for a single session is $75. Ten sessions – $700.

Traveling CrossFitter
Drop in fees – $20 per session or $50 per week. Affiliate owners train for free. Please call or email to let us know when you want to come. No walk-ins allowed.
