Join Olga Jourova of CrossFit Long Island City for a “Mom Camp”, a 12 week program of exercise and nutrition that will change your life forever.
You’ll train at CrossFit Long Island City three times per week, lifting weights, moving fast, and doing the things you’ve never thought you could do - pull-ups, handstands, rope climbs and kettlebell juggling among others.
