5 rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press
Post reps for both exercises in all rounds.

This will include dietary and supplementation recommendations, teaching diet strategies, controlling input and output, pre- and post-WOD nutrition, significance and importance of following blood levels of cholesterol, triglycerides, LDL and HDL (bad and good cholesterol), vitamin D, and insulin levels.
