WOD: (Workout Of the Day)
A. OHS 3-3-3
B. for time:
Overhead Squat, 95/65#, 100 reps in as few rounds as possible
For every round of OHS do 5 burpees
For example if you complete 100 OHS in 4 rounds of 40, 30, 20 and 10 reps, you have to finish the workout with 20 burpees.
