WOD: (Workout Of the Day)
A1. Back Squat (high bar), 3 reps x 5 sets, rest 30 sec
A2. Weighted Ring Dips, 3 reps x 5 sets, rest 30 sec
A3. GHD Sit-ups, 10 reps x 5 sets, rest 3-4 min
Note: this workout is not for time. load up the bar, perform a set of back squats, rest 30 sec, weighted ring dips, rest 30 sec, GHD Sit-ups, rest 3-4 min, load up the bar and continue with the next set, etc.
Rowing Club: workout #41:
3 x 10-min steady-state pieces at a light to moderate intensity, focusing on good technique, rest as needed in between pieces
