Testing Week: Next week is the Testing Week! Try to make as many training sessions as you can. This will help us program the next cycle of training better. If you are competing in the Garage Games on the 8th, you will do the last two testing days at the end of this week instead.
A. Push Jerk, build up to a crisp set of heavy 3 reps in 20 min
B. AMRAP in 12 minutes of:
