This class is the result of our partnership with Alana Kessler, the founder of Sangha Yoga Shala. Inspired by the intelligence of traditional Ashtanga Yoga, this class uses dynamic and static movements to support and add flexibility to a consistent strength and high intensity workout routine. Students will be guided through a moderately paced sequence resulting in a detoxifying, sweaty and satisfying aerobic, strength, stability and flexibility building experience resulting in a lighter and sharper mind and body.
The class currently runs on Mondays at 6:30pm, and the first one will be Monday, October 8th. The cost for Single Class Drop-in is $20, a Pack of 4 Classes - $72. Space is limited. Sign up here.
